Catherine de Goris Branding
Catherine came to me in 2014 looking for some help with her branding and web presence. As a set designer, Catherine had been relying solely on word of mouth as a form of promotion but felt that she needed somewhere to showcase her work.
She had no form of brand or identity so we worked together to distinguish how she saw herself as a brand. Coming up with simplistic, stylish and timeless I created an identity that easily conveyed that. With use of only white and navy with hints of foiling on print collateral. Catherine wanted letterheads, and business cards to pull her brand together.
When it came to the website the interesting challenge was that not all her work could be allowed into the public domain, so she wanted a site that would allow her to showcase some work, along with contact details and then have all other work behind a password protected area. When in the client area she wanted a visually led site. Large images were key to showing off the extent of her work.
